Manitowoc has appointed Ion Warner as vice president, global marketing. Warner brings 28 years of automotive and industrial manufacturing experience to Manitowoc.

He will help Manitowoc enhance its global reputation and better develop its marketing activities. Dave Hull, SVP global sales and marketing at Manitowoc, explains:

“Manitowoc is recognized as a global leader in cranes which is also reflected in the excellence of our products, the strength of our customer support and the hard work of our staff. I am delighted to welcome him to Manitowoc.”

Prior to joining Manitowoc, Warner built a successful career at Ford Motor Company before moving to Case New Holland Industrial, where he held the role of senior director, marketing. His most recent position was with global industrial equipment manufacturer Pentair, where he held the position of vice president, global infrastructure/building services.

“Ion has an excellent mix of industry and international business experience that I am confident will help us to develop our marketing programs and enhance our training efforts for years to come,” adds Hull.
