Manitowoc boosts Crane Care team for Asia

Manitowoc has made two new appointments to its Crane Care customer service team for Potain tower cranes in Asia. Jerome Carre and Jenny Chong join as customer service manager and customer service specialist, respectively. Carre will report directly to Marco Zucchet, director of sales and customer service for tower cranes in Asia. Chong will join the broader Crane Care team, which Carre will lead.

Prior to joining Manitowoc, Carre was general manager for the Singapore-based arm of a French manufacturer of anti-collision systems for tower cranes. In his new role, he will oversee sales, training and other customer service operations for Crane Care, working closely with Manitowoc’s extensive dealer network in the region.

“The appointment of Jerome and Jenny strengthens our Crane Care program significantly in this region and will help our Potain tower crane customers get even better levels of return on investment with their machines,” said Marco Zucchet. “Quality customer service is at the heart of our business and our people, as these new appointments demonstrate.”
